R1 RCM is seeking Forward Deployed Process Engineers to bridge executive strategy with operational execution in healthcare revenue cycle management. The role emphasizes change leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Solution Consultants to drive ROI across use cases.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in RCM, 5+ years in management, strong project management skills, and familiarity with coding guidelines. Travel is required, and a robust bonus plan is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience (HB & PB Follow Up, Denials, Coding).
• 5+ years in a management role with executive stakeholders experience.
• Strong background in project management, process improvement, and implementation support.

Responsabilités

• Quantify business cases and ROI for use cases.
• Design and optimize consulting delivery processes with internal teams.
• Lead and mentor Solution Consultants to align with client goals.
• Collaborate to create product roadmaps and future state processes.
• Support training and change-management plans to drive adoption.
• Provide technical product and operational leadership through lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging opportunities and future use cases.
• Engage with customers and provide data-driven decision support.
• Ensure issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor KPIs and SLAs for steady state.
