vertexD is seeking an experienced Senior Process Consultant to join high-impact engagements with global enterprise clients. You''ll work directly with our founder to map complex processes, conduct stakeholder interviews across geographies, and identify opportunities for automation and redesign.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in management consulting, process improvement, or operations.
• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Strong interviewing and listening skills.
• Proficient with BPMN and process-mapping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews across functions and geographies (US and EU).
• Document current-state processes using journey maps, swimlanes, and BPMN notation.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, handoff failures, and automation opportunities.
• Develop executive presentations and client-ready slide decks.
• Synthesize findings into clear, executive-ready documentation and narratives.
• Support workshop design and facilitation with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the engagement lead on deliverables and client communication.
