Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of a process-first mindset across Transformation Office, business and operational teams.
• Allocate process SMEs to lead reengineering initiatives for units and initiatives led by the Transformation Office.
• Lead enterprise process transformation and optimization initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate cross-functional process analysis, redesign, and implementation efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce complexity, and enhance business outcomes.
• Advance Process Engineering capabilities, governance, and continuous improvement practices across the enterprise.
