Job Title: Remote Business Operations Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location:Remote from Latin America

Position Type:Full-time

Salary: $2,500 - 3,000 USD/month depending on experience + performance-based bonus & commission potential

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Central

Job Overview:

We’re a lean, fast-moving team led by a hands-on founder working across multiple ventures. We’re not here for flashy titles or buzzwords—we build things, fix problems, and move fast. You’ll be the right hand to the founder, helping get things done across projects, people, and priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of key projects—from idea to execution
  
• Keep freelancers and contractors on track and accountable
  
• Research new ideas, run quick numbers, and flag what looks promising
  
• Post jobs, screen applicants, and onboard new team members
  
• Handle outreach—emails, calls, follow-ups with vendors and partners
  
• Make sure the founder’s top priorities are moving forward
  
• Spot roadblocks early and come with a fix
  
• Build basic systems to keep things organized (checklists, dashboards, SOPs)
  
• Jump into meetings with the team or partners and lead when needed
  
• Track deadlines, progress, and action items across everything
  
• Think ahead, solve problems, and help bring order to chaos
  
• Create simple financial models when needed to help us decide what’s worth pursuing
  

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• 5+ years working in operations, startups, SMBs, or running things on your own
  
• Experience working directly with entrepreneurs or small business owners
  
• Comfortable juggling a lot at once without dropping the ball
  
• Clear communicator—written and spoken
  
• Not afraid to take initiative or make decisions
  
• Good judgment and sharp thinking when things aren’t clear-cut
  
• Knows your way around tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Slack, Zapier, ChatGPT
  
• Fluent English—clear, professional, and confident
  
• Sales experience a plus
