We are seeking a Design Operations Manager for one of our clients, remotely from the United States and Canada.

In this role, you will lead the management of design operations, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of design projects. You will collaborate with design leads to define project scopes, set clear timelines, and drive collaboration between cross-functional teams. Your expertise in project management methodologies will help optimize workflows and improve team productivity. As a leader, you'll mentor junior team members, fostering continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of various design initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Oversee the entire design process, ensuring seamless execution from project initiation to delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with design leads to define project goals, create detailed timelines, and allocate resources effectively to meet project needs
  • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring alignment between designers, developers, and other stakeholders
