Operations Manager: Bainbridge
Job Type: Full-Time/ Exempt
Position Location: Remote digital office (work from home), must be U.S. based and able to work during Pacific-Time business hours.
Salary scale: $75,000.00- $80,000.00 per year + discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance and best practices. The ideal candidate is a turnkey operations professional with a proactive and analytical approach. You work well in a people-driven environment and are capable of taking ownership of multiple responsibilities across departments. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are committed to professionalism, collaboration, and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day virtual office operations enabling Managing Principals to focus on practice and business development.
- Ensure efficient work flows, collaborating closely with management to evaluate, develop and maintain efficient processes and systems.
- Manage and organize corporate records, ensuring timely submission of required legal documents.
- Manage and coordinate external vendor communication including: bookkeeping, accounting, legal, IT, HR, and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on matters of recruiting, communications, onboarding/off-boarding and employee engagement.
- Analyze and resolve company and employee matters varying in complexity.
- Support the planning and organization of company travel and marketing and team events.
- Demonstrate active participation in team assignments, business development, and self-development opportunities.
- Support all firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Background in paralegal or accounting a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in office/ operations management, preferably within an investment banking, private equity, or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of the fast-paced, high compliance nature of financial firms.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, MS Teams, Monday.com, and/or related technologies.
- Proficient in Quickbooks.
- Able to interpret AP/AR and work with budgets.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and process implementation.
- Experience providing training and supervision to staff.
- Proactive and accountable when taking on assignments and projects.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with customer service focus.
- Able to work collaboratively as well as independently in a remote environment.
