Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We’re currently seeking a People Operations Manager to join our DMM Human Resources team and help provide best-in-class programs and experiences to our employees and candidates! We are looking for someone detail oriented, well-versed and passionate about the employee experience, a great communicator and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a small team and help lead multiple facets of HR. If you are passionate about HR and all that it involves, this is a great job for you.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$105,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
