The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned operational leader to take our agency’s engine and make it purr like a dream. You’ll mastermind our processes, aligning workflows, technology, and people to drive efficiency and growth. This isn’t just about keeping things on track—it’s about reimagining how we operate, building a stellar team, and ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be a key player in shaping our future as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Tame the Chaos: Turn messy workflows into streamlined, scalable systems. Design and document SOPs that empower our team and delight our partners.
  • Optimize Like a Pro: Build and refine processes for project management, campaign execution, and resource allocation—ensuring we hit deadlines, stay within budget, and exceed expectations.
  • Shape the Team: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing crew. Conduct performance reviews and make strategic staffing decisions to keep us firing on all cylinders.
  • Unblock and Accelerate: Oversee daily operations, unblock bottlenecks, and keep projects and teams aligned for seamless execution.
  • Harness the Tech: Manage and enhance our marketing tech stack (e.g., Asana, Slack, Zapier, Google Sheets) to boost collaboration, productivity, and insights.
  • Inspire and Align: Set clear expectations, foster accountability, and keep the team motivated—balancing operational precision with a human touch.

Who You Are

  • You bring 3+ years of operations experience from a marketing agency (or a similar high-energy, client-focused world), thriving in environments from scrappy startups to polished firms.
  • You’re a process architect—your SOPs and workflows are clear, scalable, and built to last, with a proven track record to back it up.
  • You’ve hired, fired, and nurtured teams, striking the perfect balance between results and a positive culture.
  • You live for efficiency—mastering project management tools, dashboards, and timelines to keep everything humming without a hitch.

  • Proven ability to design and implement operational systems that drive results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, setting goals, and holding people accountable.
  • A knack for spotting inefficiencies and fixing them before they become problems.
