Job summary

Strong SQL, Python/PySpark and Databricks skills are required. The role emphasizes building production data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of data analysis experience or a Master's with 3+ years.
• Advanced Python/PySpark experience.
• Experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, scheduled jobs/workflows, and service principal authentication.
• Refactor/optimize Python/PySpark codebases.
• Build production data pipelines with schemas, validation gates and structured logging.
• Advanced SQL including stored procedures and SQL Server integration.
• Git-based development: branching, PRs, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Ability to translate requirements between business, PM and technical teams.
• Strong verbal/written communication to senior leadership.
• Willing to stay in role for 12 months before applying elsewhere.
