Humana Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to harness data using SQL, Power BI and Python/PySpark to deliver insights to decision-makers.

This remote US role reports to the Business Intelligence Principal and supports the Growth Analytics & AI Team in solving complex problems across internal and external data sources. The ideal candidate combines deep data engineering and analytical skills with outstanding communication to senior leadership, and is comfortable working across business,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of data analysis experience OR a Master's with 3+ years.
• Advanced Python/PySpark experience.
• Advanced Databricks experience including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, scheduled jobs/workflows, and service principal authentication.
• Refactoring and optimizing Python/PySpark codebases.
• Production data pipelines with schemas, validation gates, and structured error logging.
• Advanced SQL with stored procedures and SQL Server read/write integration.
• Git-based practices: branching, PRs, code review, CI/CD.
• Cross-functional collaboration translating requirements between business, PM and technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication to senior/executive leadership.
• Willing to stay 12 months in the role before applying to other Humana opportunities.
