Job summary

Remote role anywhere in the US with potential travel for training or meetings. The position requires 5+ years in data analysis or a Master’s with 3+ years, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis or a Master's degree with 3 years.
• Advanced Python/PySpark experience.
• Advanced Databricks experience including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, scheduled jobs/workflows, and service principal authentication.
• Experience refactoring and optimizing Python/PySpark codebases.
• Experience building production data pipelines with enforced schemas, validation gates, and structured error logging.
• Advanced SQL experience including stored procedure execution and read/write integration with SQL Server systems of record.
• Git-based engineering practice: branching, pull requests, code review, and CI/CD.
• Experience translating requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communications to senior and executive leadership.
• Willing to remain in this position for 12 months before applying to other Humana opportunities.
