Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis or Master's with 3+ years.
• Advanced Python/PySpark experience.
• Advanced Databricks experience including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, jobs/workflows, service principal authentication.
• Experience refactoring and optimizing Python/PySpark codebases.
• Experience building production data pipelines with schemas, validation gates, and structured error logging.
• Advanced SQL including stored procedures and read/write with SQL Server systems of record.
• Git-based engineering practices: branching, PRs, code review, CI/CD.
• Experience translating requirements between business, PM and technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication to senior leadership.
• Willing to commit to the role for 12 months.
