Humana Inc is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to drive data-driven decision support across the Growth Analytics & AI Team. You will leverage SQL, Python/PySpark, and Databricks to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights for leadership.

This remote role requires advanced analytics skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and policies. 40-hour weeks with potential travel to Humana offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years of data analysis experience OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Advanced Python/PySpark experience.
• Advanced Databricks experience including Unity Catalog and Delta Lake.
• Experience refactoring and optimizing Python/PySpark codebases.
• Experience building production data pipelines with schemas, validation gates, and logging.
• Advanced SQL experience with SQL Server integration.
• Git-based engineering: branching, PRs, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Experience translating requirements between business and technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communications for senior/executive leadership.
