Job summary

Logical Position in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Business Development Representative to introduce our services by researching businesses, build a lead pipeline, and engage owners through phone and email outreach.

You’ll participate in a five-week training program, pursue new opportunities, qualify prospects, and clearly communicate how our digital marketing services drive growth for clients.

This role offers uncapped commissions and a path to advanced sales careers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience engaging prospective customers through outbound outreach (phone and email).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, uncover customer needs, and communicate value.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, email, and prospect businesses to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
• Qualify prospects through discovery to understand business challenges and budgets.
• Clearly communicate and sell the value of Logical Position's services to improve client performance.
• Own and achieve sales goals and maintain accurate CRM records and notes.
• Adhere to company policies, pricing, and commitments.
