Goldstone Partners is seeking a Business Development Partner Contractor for US remote work. You will own new business development, identify potential clients, reach out to decision-makers, present Goldstone's flexible recruiting model, and help close initial agreements on a 1099 basis.

This is commission-only, with $1,000 paid for each new client at first payment and 15% of the success fees. A self-directed schedule and entrepreneurial mindset are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of business development experience.
• Proven track record generating new opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Proven ability to close new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with influence.
• Comfortable working independently in a self-directed 1099 structure.
