Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience.
• Demonstrated success generating new opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Proven track record of closing new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Comfortable working independently in a self-directed 1099 structure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on ownership and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Identifying companies actively hiring across all industries.
• Reaching out to hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
• Introducing Goldstone Partners' recruiting services and right-sized approach.
• Scheduling introductory meetings with potential clients.
• Building relationships with prospective clients and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Closing new client contracts through consistent, relationship-driven outreach.
• Collaborating with Goldstone Partners' team on outreach strategy and client engagement.
