Goldstone Partners is seeking a Business Development Partner Contractor for US remote work. You will own new business development, identify potential clients, reach out to decision-makers, present Goldstone's flexible recruiting model, and help close initial agreements on a 1099 basis.

This is commission-only, with $1,000 paid for each new client at first payment and 15% of the success fees. A self-directed schedule and entrepreneurial mindset are required to succeed in this role.

• 5+ years of business development experience.

This is a part-time 1099 opportunity for an experienced business development professional who knows how to turn the right conversation into a signed contract. You'll focus on winning new business; once the search is signed, our recruiting team takes it from there.
