Job summary

FlexTrades is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to build and manage a book of business with active customers across the United States. You will call on manufacturing companies, uncover production challenges, and present FlexTrades’ worker-solution model to win new clients and expand existing relationships.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will conduct 60+ B2B activities daily, deliver web-based presentations, create proposals, and close deals to achieve year one earnings

Qualifications

• Full life cycle staffing sales experience required for manufacturing targets.
• Background in light industrial or manufacturing staffing.
• Proven ability to uncover client needs and develop solutions.
• Track record of multimillion-dollar book of business.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel quarterly and occasional client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60+ B2B sales activities daily via calls and emails.
• Present our value proposition and case studies to prospects.
• Qualify opportunities and move them through the sales process.
• Deliver web-based presentations and negotiate proposals.
• Manage accounts to expand to additional sites and clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and interaction summaries.
• Collaborate with solutions and operations teams to onboard clients.
• Develop new ways to generate opportunities from current accounts.
