Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for Mining & Minerals to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and drive early-stage deals from remote locations in the Southwestern United States. The role requires engaging with mining operators, EPCs, OEMs, and project developers to deliver water-treatment value and strategic outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mining, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• Five+ years in Mining & Metals industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Passport and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads in mining & metals.
• Build a strong pipeline of early-stage opportunities.
• Engage plant managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Maintain disciplined CRM usage and opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate with BI and Marketing for targeting and materials.
• Represent Aquatech at events and customer meetings.
