Job summary

Bradken is seeking a high-energy Business Development Specialist to lead growth in Mineral Processing. This fully remote role will drive opportunities with regional and international mining clients, coordinating with regional sales managers and product teams to deliver winning technical solutions.

You will engage in market research, build a strong pipeline, and shape proposals while promoting a Safety First culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience in Technical Sales within the mining sector.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for growth through market research and competitive analysis in mineral processing.
• Build and nurture a robust pipeline with regional and international clients.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development to craft technical proposals.
• Execute market entry plans to accelerate Bradken’s growth in new segments.
• Create high-impact sales materials communicating Bradken’s 100‑year value proposition.
• Champion Safety First culture in all proposals and interactions.
