Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/CS, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong project management and self-starter attitude.
• High mechanical and technical aptitude; eager to learn about new industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets.
• cultivate strong relationships with industrial customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Manage channel partnerships and distributor relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance on product applications and engineered systems, supporting customers in manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using Salesforce.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends and Stanley Black & Decker’s product innovations.
• Ensure superior customer experience through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs.
