Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker’s Engineered Fastening division seeks a remote Business Development Manager to drive Data Center OEM opportunities. You will visit customers, coordinate tours, and present cost-saving solutions that differentiate our offerings in a competitive market.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to execute business plans, track performance, and stay ahead of industry trends. BS in engineering and strong B2B sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven background in B2B sales, distribution, and working with OEMs.
• Data Center market experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs in the Data Center market.
• Schedule meetings with engineers and coordinate plant tours.
• Present value-added solutions to reduce total assembly costs.
• Develop sales strategies with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
• Track and analyze sales performance; report to senior management.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and promote solutions.
