Job summary

Rimkus seeks a Business Development Manager to expand the client base in the local market and drive revenue growth.

You will manage relationships with corporate and municipal clients, identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with operations to deliver expert services. Daily travel in the metro area is required, with a bachelor’s in marketing or business and 5+ years in consultative sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
• 5+ years of professional-level experience in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management, or account management.
• Experience with the building engineering, roofing, or construction industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies to maximize market potential and client satisfaction within assigned territory.
• Identifies prospective clients and builds new relationships and opportunities.
• Sells Rimkus services to corporate, municipal, government, and development clients to secure new accounts and repeat business.
• Maintains relationships with current clients and promotes value-added services.
• Plans and conducts regular in-person client contacts to increase market penetration and close sales opportunities.
• Keeps CRM updated with contacts, activities, leads, and opportunities in real time.
• Supports RFP responses including preparation, delivery, and oversight.
