Job summary
Rimkus seeks a senior business development professional to drive growth in assigned territories. You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new clients, and promote Rimkus engineering and architectural services to a diverse client base.
The role requires extensive travel in the local metro area and strong relationship-building skills to secure new accounts and repeat business. A Bachelor's in Marketing or Business plus 8–10+ years of experience are expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
- 8–10+ years in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management, or account management.
- Experience with building engineering, roofing, or construction industries.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute competitive sales and relationship development strategies to maximize market potential and client satisfaction in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue prospective clients leveraging internal and external resources to develop new relationships and opportunities.
- Sell Rimkus services to corporate, municipal, government, and private clients to secure new accounts and repeat business.
