Job summary

Corrpro Companies, a Corrpro corrosion engineering and protection services leader, seeks a Business Development Manager for Energy and Water Infrastructure. This remote role serves the Pacific Northwest, requiring residence in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington.

You will drive sales plans, manage key accounts, and lead proposals for government and infrastructure projects while leveraging Salesforce and CRM tools to sustain growth. Travel is expected to engage customers directly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field; MBA is an asset.
• 5 years of industrial materials or services business development experience.
• Experience selling technical products and services to government, municipal water/sewer, oil/gas, engineering or construction clients preferred.
• Knowledge of Corrosion Control / Cathodic Protection preferred.
• Travel to customer sites extensively.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual sales plans to support revenue and profit objectives for the Pacific Northwest region.
• Manage business development, qualify and close leads, and perform key account planning.
• Define sales strategies to meet quotas and develop new business with government and infrastructure clients.
• Develop bid strategies, input to estimating, and market intelligence for proposals.
• Coordinate marketing communications and pilot projects; manage customer service.
• Maintain Salesforce data and conduct regular variance reporting against budgets.
