Job summary

Corix seeks a senior leader to originate and advance district energy opportunities across the US West. You will own regional strategy, pipeline development, and deal pursuit, collaborating with cross-functional teams to move concepts toward commercial structuring and internal investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development, infrastructure development, consulting, energy, or real estate.
• Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong familiarity with US West markets, including developer, municipal, utility, and institutional ecosystems.
• Experience in mechanical building design, thermal energy infrastructure, or large-scale development is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, pipeline development, and advancement of district energy opportunities across the US West.
• Develop strategic engagement plans with senior stakeholders, municipalities, utilities, and developers.
• Structure deals and pursue commercial opportunities balancing risk and return for Corix.
• Create and coordinate persuasive proposals and external materials for executive audiences.
• Represent Corix in senior-level meetings and industry forums across the US West.
