Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development, infrastructure development, consulting, energy, or real estate, with success leading complex pursuits and commercial relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
• Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong familiarity with US West markets and ecosystems.
• Experience in mechanical building design, thermal energy infrastructure, or large-scale development is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets, developments, and strategic partners across the US West.
• Qualify and prioritize opportunities based on fit, timing, and economics.
• Lead strategic, multi-stakeholder B2B sales efforts in evolving environments.
• Lead creation of pitches and proposals from strategy through submission.
• Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to inform pursuit strategy.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, finance, and operations to support decisions.
