Job summary

CEQEL Critical Commissioning, LLC is hiring a Business Development Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will drive revenue growth by leading estimating, proposal, and preconstruction for critical infrastructure and smart technology projects, including hyperscale data centers and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in business development, estimating, or preconstruction for critical infrastructure or advanced building technology projects.
• Proven track record of winning contracts in data centers, utilities, industrial facilities, or large commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue critical infrastructure and smart technology project opportunities through direct client engagement, networking, and market research.
• Lead client engagement from pre-RFP positioning through contract award, ensuring competitive, compliant offerings.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for targeted verticals and regions in collaboration with leadership.
• Build and lead the estimating team and process for projects from budgets to bids.
• Coordinate pricing strategies with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure competitiveness.
• Manage the creation of compliant, high-quality proposals and track metrics for improvement.
