Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating district energy projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract tracking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate cross-site teams and third parties.
• Awareness of permitting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts, tracks, and reports on all project costs and spending.
• Prepares detailed project schedules and cost estimates in MS Project.
• Coordinates third-party contractors for Washington builds; ensures delivery.
• Supports Utah PM with office-based project management functions.
• Monitors schedules, milestones, and design deliverables; provides feedback.
• Acts as liaison with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensures site health, safety, and regulatory compliance; manages permits.
• Reviews progress draws and invoicing; supports change management.
• Serves as on-site contact during emergencies; coordinates remediation.
