Ecovacs Europe GmbH is seeking a Business Development Manager Benelux / Dealer Channel to drive the European dealer network for robotic lawn mowers and pool cleaners. This remote role targets multi-country coverage with emphasis on European markets and dealer partnerships.

You will own channel strategy, expand partnerships, manage pricing and KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and After-Sales to ensure successful product launches and service ecosystems, while leading regional BDMs.

Formación

• 10+ years in dealer-based sales or business development.
• Experience managing multi-country dealer networks in Europe.
• Fluent English plus at least one other major European language.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a multi-country dealer channel strategy for robotic lawn and pool solutions.
• Identify and onboard strategic dealer partners and/or distributors across garden and pool channels.
• Own pricing architecture, margin models, and commercial terms for dealer channel.
• Lead and develop Business Development Managers across regions; set objectives and coaching standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and After-Sales to ensure launches, training and service ecosystems.
