Job summary

Ecovacs Europe GmbH is seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to lead multi-channel sales initiatives from a remote location in the United States. You will drive growth, forecast demand, negotiate contracts, and report performance across platforms including Amazon Vendor/Seller accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, 3+ years in e-commerce, and strong data analytics with excellent English communication. Remote work and a competitive bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in e-commerce or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' e-commerce experience.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller accounts is a major plus.
• Good data analysis and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel e-commerce sales strategies.
• Drive e-commerce growth to support profitability and market share.
• Forecast sales, plan promotions, negotiate contracts, and report accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Monitor weekly inventory and sell-out, and plan actions to hit targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on promotions, content, and contact strategies.
• Formulate and implement product marketing strategies including branding.
• Feasibility studies on market demand and timely reporting to management.
• Lead annual contract negotiations.
