Job summary

North is seeking a Business Development Director I to recruit and develop new Independent Sales Organizations, Agents, ISVs, and strategic relationships. You will expand North's partner network and drive revenue through value-based selling and proactive relationship management.

You will engage with partners, respond to inquiries from campaigns and industry events, negotiate contracts, and represent North at conferences to grow the outside sales program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years direct merchant services sales recruiting 1099/ISOs.
• Proven experience meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong understanding of the merchant services industry.
• Track record of growing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO's/ISV's/Strategic Partners).
• Respond to inquiries from campaigns, events, conferences.
• Sign, activate and grow partners in their first 12 months; grow revenue in existing accounts.
• Understand North products and provide value-based sales skills to secure revenue.
• Conduct negotiations on schedule A and new partner contracts.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
