Job summary

North is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director I to recruit and develop new Independent Sales Organizations, Agents, ISVs, and strategic relationships primarily through non-self generated leads. You will build a wide partner network and drive revenue growth across North and its subsidiaries.

In this role you will manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and expand the partner program, including participation in industry events and conferences to source opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum three years of proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting 1099/ISOs.
• Experience managing to a revenue quota is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO's/ISV's/Strategic Partners) primarily via self generated leads.
• Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences.
• Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB. Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods.
• Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue.
• Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
