Job summary

North is seeking a Business Development Director I to expand our network of independent sales organizations, agents, ISVs, and strategic partners across North and subsidiaries. You will recruit and develop partners, respond to inquiries, and drive revenue growth through value-based selling.

In this role, you will negotiate contracts, attend industry events, and build lasting relationships with partners while aligning with North’s mission to deliver innovative payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years’ direct merchant services sales recruiting 1099/ISOs.
• Experience meeting revenue quotas.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new sales partners via leads.
• Respond to partner inquiries from campaigns and events.
• Sign, activate and grow partners in first 12 months.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling.
• Understand products and provide value-based sales guidance.
• Attend conferences and industry events.
