You will engage with business owners, executives, and professionals, build a robust pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth through disciplined prospecting and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High outbound prospecting/lead generation aptitude.
• Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and business owners.
• Organized and able to manage a high volume of prospects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior financial-services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients through outbound prospecting and multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Make outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients.
• Introduce NorthStar Capital and identify potential areas of interest.
• Qualify prospects based on needs and fit; schedule qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate prospect and appointment information in the firm's CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and develop referral sources.
• Collaborate with the team to refine prospecting strategies and messaging.
