Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year in business development, inside sales, or outbound prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to qualify opportunities.
• Experience with outbound B2B prospecting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize target accounts based on business needs and decision-makers.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social channels.
• Personalize outreach to convey value to each prospect's industry and hiring needs.
• Qualify prospects and move them through early sales stages.
• Schedule discovery meetings and handoff qualified opportunities to sales teams.
• Maintain CRM records with activities, outcomes, and next steps.
