AV Hiring USA is seeking a Business Development Associate for Corporate Events who can drive growth remotely. Based activities span Washington DC, Las Vegas, and Southern California, with a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 annually and a full-time commitment.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to execute sales strategies and proposals, reporting to the Head of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of business development experience in Event Services or Live Events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while under pressure.
• Experience using Pipedrive CRM.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Flex Rental Solutions cloud-based inventory management and rental software.

Responsabilités

• Support the organization's business development strategy by aligning daily activities with goals.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to support long-term growth.
