Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. Manage your pipeline, set appointments, and guide families through product options and underwriting. You’ll work under exclusive leads and receive mentorship from agency leaders.

Strong emphasis on accountability, licensing, and compliant practice, with weekly team calls and ongoing training. Applicants must be US-based and able to work remotely.

Qualifications

• License requirement or plan to obtain license before first sale.
• Experience running a pipeline and scheduling own meetings.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099) with commission-based pay.
