Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is hiring for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will manage your own pipeline, set appointments, and guide clients through discovery, options, and underwriting from home.

You'll have exclusive carrier contracts, curated leads, direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and a weekly team call with scripts and reviews to support success.

Qualifications

• Must have a state life license or plan to obtain one.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with accountability.
• Comfortable using web-based tools and a CRM.
• Willing to work as an independent contractor (1099) nationwide.
