Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You will manage your own pipeline, set your own schedule, and guide families through from discovery to underwriting using our exclusive lead system and mentorship.

You should have or be pursuing a state life insurance license, be comfortable with CRM tools, and be able to work legally in the United States. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Ability to take ownership of results and time management.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a state life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of life insurance information requests.
• Set your own appointment schedule and conduct calls by phone or video.
• Present suitable options, guide clients through the application process, and coordinate underwriting.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep clients informed throughout.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM and maintain compliance.

What you'll actually do

• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance

Who this is a fit for

• At ease with web-based tools and a CRM
