Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking driven individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will manage your own pipeline and set appointments by phone or video, guiding clients from discovery through underwriting and policy issuance, using CRM tools and exclusive leads.

You’ll operate as a self-starter with accountability for results, benefiting from direct mentorship and weekly team calls, with training and compliance support to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be actively pursuing a state life insurance license.
• Experience running a business, freelancing, or being self-employed is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
