Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is hiring a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance salesperson. You’ll work with exclusive leads and manage your own pipeline, setting appointments and guiding families through options and underwriting.

Expect mentorship from Ben and Andrea, ongoing training, and a weekly team call. This is a flexible, results-driven role ideal for self-starters who want to work remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Own pipeline and schedule appointments independently.
• License to sell life insurance or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who requested information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and conduct calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions and walk through suitable options with clients.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep clients informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM and stay compliant.

Who this is a fit for
