Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking a self-motivated life insurance professional to operate remotely as an independent contractor (1099). You will manage your own pipeline, set appointments, discuss suitable options, and guide clients through underwriting from start to finish.

Expect weekly team calls, scripts, ride-alongs, and direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea as you build your agency. Licensing requirements vary by state and an active US work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• State life insurance license or plan to obtain licensing before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.
