• Experience with configuration management, change control, and release management.
• Familiar with ITIL practices and SDLC governance.
• Ability to work with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage business and system requirements.
• Develop user stories and backlogs; support test planning.
• Coordinate CCM activities and change documentation.
• Analyze and document current-state and target-state CCM processes.
