Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Banking Virtual Relationship Manager to oversee a large book of 400+ clients in the $2–10MM revenue segment. The role is remote with occasional in-office participation and some travel for team meetings, requiring strong virtual selling skills and data-driven organization.

You will grow share of wallet, identify client needs, and present the full range of PNC products while coordinating non-credit services and managing risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment.
• Sell effectively in a virtual environment and drive new opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and present the full range of PNC products and services.
• Grow share of wallet with existing clients and increase revenue.
• Coordinate the implementation of non-credit products and services.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify opportunities and drive results.
