Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs management of client book of business to grow sales and market share.
• Drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and handles origination, analysis, negotiation and documentation.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities and drives engagement and loyalty with insights into clients' financial well‑being.
• Leverages networks to acquire new clients and present full bank product solutions; uses reporting and tools to convert opportunities.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex requests using internal policies.
