Job summary

PNC in the Denver area is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow client revenue within the Business Banking segment. You will manage a book of business, deepen wallet share, and present the full range of PNC products.

Candidates should have a university degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; certifications are often desired. The role emphasizes risk management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas based on client needs and financial well-being and increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build a network of relationships to acquire new clients and present the full range of PNC products; leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
