Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a skilled Business Analyst - Services Coordinator to bridge clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. You will capture and translate client needs into actionable requirements, support service readiness, and drive issue resolution across ServiceNow and Azure DevOps workflows.

You will contribute to service delivery, knowledge management, and project support while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, service coordination, or client-facing roles.
• Experience using ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and workflows.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage work items and project tasks.
• Familiarity with ALM processes and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and actionable work items.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in requirements reviews and service enhancement planning.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Serve as primary contact for service-related requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate provisioning and support activities across internal teams.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to clients.
