Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst - Services Coordinator to join our team. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and internal ops to ensure delivery of product services, translating requirements into actionable work items for our teams.

The role combines business analysis, service coordination, ticket management, and client engagement, with opportunities to drive process improvements and service readiness in a fully remote work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, service coordination, operations support, or client-facing roles.
• Experience using ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and service workflows.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage work items, user stories, defects, and tasks.
• Familiarity with ALM processes and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements.
• Translate client needs into functional requirements and actionable work items.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead requirements review sessions and service enhancement planning.
• Identify process improvements to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for service-related requests.
• Coordinate service provisioning across multiple internal teams.
• Monitor progress of service requests and provide timely updates.
• Support projects involving new services, enhancements, or operational changes.
• Document and maintain service procedures and knowledge articles.
