Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business analysis, service coordination, operations support, or client-facing roles.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and ALM tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements and translate into functional requirements.
• Coordinate service provisioning and support activities across internal teams and manage tickets.
• Support projects involving new services or operational improvements and help plan testing and readiness.
• Create and maintain service procedures and knowledge materials; support training and process documentation.
